sunshine and rain and weathered friends that come and go;
friends that stay ,
friends that aren't afraid or unwilling to return;
the wind! the wind moving the trees and that sound.....
the rush and roar of its power,
its ability to cool my skin and refresh my soul..
the pencil lead that returns with 2 clicks of my thumb after i've pressed too hard,
the wind
is pleasing me right now;
it demands my attention and is refreshing my soul;
giving me goosebumps that arouse me;
i love the wind and what it brings;
yearnings; change; relief; storms; rain clouds; renewal.
blessed breeze.
tears now -
to remind me of what was and every moment that i recall...
pain shame joy relief love sorrow pride angst loss and hope.
hope most of all..
reflected within a cottonwood seed flying magically throught the air coming directly to me then wisking away again -
teasing me with its fickleness of flight...
like the possibility of love returning to my life...
i am honored to be included as one of the newest Zambassador's for Zaadz! i've been able to add a couple of local whole food stores and one local yoga studio so far... (where there were zero - now there are 3 listings!) yippie skippy!
finding local Zevents... now that's gonna be a tuffy here in the corner of MO! but, i hope therefore i seek...

living in sw missouri ... its no secret....
you might expect (and you'd be correct!) that we are isolated/insulated from change and (most folks) are perfectly content to be 'that a way'. i have tried several times and failed several times in my life to 'give up meat' and adopt a vegetarian diet. to change the lifestyle in which i've been raised. being raised catholic, the only day we didn't have meat was on friday's!!
the other day i was thumbing through my yoga journal and saw ZAADZ page... it grabbed me! i had to know what this is all about! i am proud to say i joined immediately once i read a bit on the web..i am humbled to admit there is so much to learn!
my journey is in its infancy. i've always wanted to 'make a difference' with my life; i think the zaadz community is where i am meant to be!
thanks to all for the loving welcome and offered support. what a warm feeling of community! i'm off to read, again!!
namaste~~
